The AC issue appeared a couple of days after the repair. I contacted the mechanic and he agreed to fix it and also said he would refund part of the cost as compensation He acknowledged that the work should not have proceeded without authorization and asked us to fix the problem and send the invoice for reimbursement. However, I had to remind him five times, and each time he said, “I’ll do it today,” but the refund never came.
