Mega Construction redid our sidewalk a few years ago. Unfortunately, the sidewalk has quickly deteriorated and is now in very poor condition. Nazim came to inspect it and agreed there was a problem, but has not responded to repeated requests to come back and complete a repair. We're very disappointed that Mega is not honoring the 5 year warranty in their original contract for the work. I would not recommend this company.
Nazim and Mega Construction did a full-on refurb of my back facade -- scraping, cornice repair and painting. In addition, they did some remedial concrete work. Nazim was very punctual with his estimate and I thought fair. The contract was not exactly as I had asked, but that was fixed quickly. The price was fair relative to several other quotes I got. We hired Nazim and his crew to repave the front garden walkway of our Brooklyn townhouse with bluestone paving. They were on time, professional, and respectful of the property.
