Walk in at 7 pm on Oberon day and the cooler is empty 😒nothing but warm beer in the isle , I guess standing at a register is to daunting of a task and can’t put more beer in the cooler? Go to get some whiskey and the shelf is empty? Says liquor is coming in tomorrow, well if you stock ten bottles and you sell out before your next shipment shouldn’t you stock 12 to 15?
The location on W Main (M-43) in Kzoo is huge and has an amazing selection of all kinds of adult beverages. I shop there first to get everything in one place and at the best price.
I wanted a keg of Budweiser today 3/8/19 and nobody stocks Budweiser only Bud Light. But when I called Megbev on Westmain they said they had one but it was spoken for. She ask for my name and number, called me back five minutes and said she would have me one there in an hour or two. That my friends is how the customer service game is played. Well played girl at Megabev, well played. Thank you.

5/5 stars. The staff is not only friendly, but they are knowledgeable about their products. If you cannot find what you’re looking for in the store, they will do their best to get it for you.
They have huge collection of single malt scotch which are my favorite also barrel aged beer ..
