Price gouging. We spend around 60 to 80 in this store a week. Went in there tonight to get bailys red velvet. Which use to be 20.00 it’s now 30.00. And when I inquired about the price change they said alcohol prices went up. I went Down the street to another store. Same stuff still 20.00. I don’t deal with dishonest business people. You lost a good customer. Too bad others don’t stand up to dishonest business. And it is dishonest to LIE to your customers, at any rate I won’t be back.

If you’re in Grand Rapids, Mi, out looking for good selection and great prices for your beverages, this place is in the building on 29th st that Russo’s vacated last August, and they are filling their shoes admirably. Open since November, both times I’ve been in I found it a great experience! Locally owned, there are 6 stores, and the owners live in Battle Creek, MI.
Since the new woman began managing the Hastings location has lost my respect. She is rude and not at all customer focused or friendly! I went in on Christmas Eve and she started arguing with me about a product I've purchased there several times. She stated they have NEVER sold it at ANY of their stores and wouldn't even consider that it was possible she or the computer was making a mistake. She was condescending and I walked out without buying anything.
Elijah Craig 18 & Old Fitzgerald 15 are just some of the Holiday Luck that I had at MEGA-BEV for family gifts!...I would like to thank this AMAZING store (Lansing) for the abundance of choices and opportunity for a fair chance on hard to get bourbons compared to other liquor stores that have a waiting list system. Also, the management team is VERY helpful and polite while shopping. I hope your business grow and prosper with much success! Once again, THANK YOU for a fair chance!...The pizza is also good at Grand Rapids.
I'm 76 years old and refuse to show my Id to the ignorant twat at the register. Left my purchase and won't return. The jerk was a giggly mess who told me to leave and not return. It's past time for a boycott of insanity. If you can't hire someone bright enough to tell the difference between a 76 year old and a teen you don't deserve to be in business! I asked for manager and he said he was. You're really hurting for employees!
