I was honestly intimidated to try Mega Barre at first, but I’m so glad I did. Every class has been challenging in the best way, and it’s been fun getting to try all of the different class formats. As a newbie, I couldn’t have asked for a more encouraging or welcoming environment. The instructors and members are supportive, motivating, and make you feel comfortable from day one. I’m actually mad at myself for not trying MegaBarre sooner — it’s quickly become something I truly look forward to. Highly recommend!
I love that Mega Barre continues to elevate themselves. They’re always looking to train their instructors and make sure we’re all being taught the right form to maximize the moves on the Megaformer. Everyone asks why I come to Mega Barre….. well here is my answer! Being a former athlete at a high level, my body has begun to feel the beating and this gym has abled me to exercise and enjoy what I’m doing without the pounding of my body when I ran! I have been able to incorporate cardio and burn calories like I would running without the constant pressure on my body!
