Ordered tires on the 5th. They keep saying on eBay and on here they’ll be happy to refund you. That’s not the case ... they told me to wait another 2 days then they’ll see what they can do . From people in my position , if they order tires , they obviously need em asap. They didn’t offer to expedite the next set or whatever . What good is it to order tires , wait for them , 2 weeks later refund you and wait another week or so for it to clear or if i needed them shipped again it would be in total of a month? Beware.. ordered tires on 11/15, website showed them as in stock, still does.. no emails or feedback after the order and was randomly refunded on 11/20. Called during business hours with no answer, sent message on fb with no reply even though it showed as viewed later the same day. Sent follow up and got a reply but didn't address question.. only stating their fb auto views and replies...
