My wife Kim ordered 4 new lexani lxuhp-207 215/50zr17 for $241.28 they charged us as soon as the order was placed. 10 days latter we get 2 tired in thr mail. lable says 4 tires and only two came in the mail. tried calling 10 times. no one answers. voice mail full. im about to jump on a flight to cali and knock on this man door. you just messed with the wrong guys wife
This isn't a real business. They don't answer their phone or respond to emails. They create a shipping label and take your money. Item is never picked up. Don't spend with these scammers.
I ordered the wrong tire through Walmart.com. Walmart.com was incredibly unhelpful and told me that I had to cancel through Mega Auto Parts. Mega Auto Parts DOES NOT respond to my emails and I cannot reach anyone through the telephone. $200 gone just like that.
I ordered tires from them on eBay. On April 23 UPS says a label was created and that the tires should be delivered on the 29th. I watch the tracking information and it doesn't not show that ups picked up my order. I contacted mega through eBay and they claim that they had been picked up from the warehouse. I called ups on the 29th and they show no record of receiving it. I have tried calling mega dozens of times and no one ever picks up and their voicemail is full. Horrible service. Do not purchase from these scammers.
not answering phone calls, ordered tires over a week ago and still havent gotten an update on shipping. unprofessional company if you ask me.
They never answer their phone. Was promised one day processing then shipped. It took then a week to process but took my money immediately. Tires showed in stock online. I ordered one tire but when they finally finished processing they send 5 tracking numbers and all of them didn’t return a valid tracking. Horrible. Never do business with them!!!!
They NEVER refunded me my money for tires that I NEVER received! After multiple correspondence with them, they chose to ignore the situation and not respond!!! Nor did they offer to resend me tires or discount anything for the inconvenience!! They read your messages but do nothing about it!
They refuse to allow me to return tires that are the wrong size for my daughter's car. I've tried repeatedly, but will not communicate with me.
Great service ordered tires and they were ready in 30 min didn’t have to wait I loved it I will be coming back for sure great customer service
