Very good vehicle and service
Bought ford focus a little over a year ago had multiple minor problems within first few months after buying which I didn’t think was a problem because I get that vehicles need maintenance. Unfortunately now the transmission is shuddering and skipping very badly and is gonna cost a lot of money to be repaired/replaced I went here to get a reliable car and now have a car with major issues.
The service at this place has been great thus far, I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer 3 months ago. I was buying my daughter her first car and the whole idea of buying a used vehicle created a lot of anxiety. The sales representative was really nice and patient and I felt he was an honest guy. They allowed me to test drive the car and offered for me to have it inspected. He stated that this car was purchased from an insurance auction and his intention was to get it for his daughter but she wanted something different... read more
I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I purchased there! Skender was great to work with. Very upfront about everything. I emailed him several times and without fail, he got back to me the same day. I highly recommend Mega Auto. It was worth the 2hr drive from Ohio to Detroit!
Went to Mega Auto Care & Wholesale to check out a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. Skender was great to work with and it has been a joy owning the vehicle we purchased from them.
