Deceptive billing practices and lack of transparency. I hired Lonergan Interiors expecting professionalism and integrity, but was deeply disappointed. The company failed to disclose that they were charging undisclosed markups on merchandise and services—on top of the substantial monthly fees already agreed upon in the contract.
