I had an awful experience with this consulting service, especially with Jeanette Mefford. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the start. Instead of helpful guidance for my new home care agency, I got hostility and no real support. If you value your time, avoid them.

I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience with this consulting service, specifically with Jeanette Mefford. From the start, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Instead of providing support or guidance, she came off as pushy, impatient, and downright disrespectful. To make matters worse, they got my appointment time wrong and then attempted to blame me for the mix-up. There was no effort to clarify, apologize, or accommodate. My partner and I had multiple unexplainably terrible experiences working with them- discrimination was absolutley a big factor. After paying for multiple services we were still treated so disrespectfully. The front desk associate particularly made multiple experiences unpleasant to say the least, she was rude and disrespectful. We brought this to the attention of her supervisors yet nothing was done because our very next experience was worse.
