Chad was extremely attentive. We had a number of issues, and he took the time to explain our options to get the necessary (multiple) repairs done in a quality yet affordable way. And when we had some follow-up issues, he remained attentive and did good work. I would be happy to work with Chad again.

Meetze went above and beyond during an appointment for installing a kitchen faucet I had recently purchased. Their workmanship was high quality and their professionalism was superior. My car had just broken down outside my house a few hours prior to the appointment and they helped me push the car into the driveway. They did not have to do that and I am extremely grateful for everything they've done.

I would like to call out Kevin H***** of Meetze Plumbing in Columbia SC. I called Meetze early on a Sunday morning to fix an upstairs leak that resulted in water running downstairs, down our walls from the second floor, etc. Kevin arrived when he said he would, he did all he could to avoid cutting a hole in the ceiling downstairs. Jimmy is a wondeful Meetze Plumbing employee. He is cheerful and his work is done quickly and right the first time. He does not make a mess, and answers all my questions. It's very nice to have someone who knows what he is doing and who will take the time to educate me on how to take better care of my home.
