The food was disappointing. The roti, naan, and puri were cold and very hard. The chana was sweet and did not taste good at all. I also ordered Kashmiri tea, but it didn’t taste like Kashmiri tea at all. Overall, not a good experience. Reply: Calling a genuine customer’s review ‘fake’ is not the right way to respond. Delicious taste and good service.

Used to be very good But I’m disappointed with the service. The last time I visited, the halwa puri didn’t taste good, and this time I had to wait more than 20 minutes for the naan. That’s not fair, especially when you expect good service and quality food. I hope you improve both the food quality and the service so customers have a better experience.
