When I mailed pkgs to eastern it arrived timely and in good condition and I was notified of such.
This is actually a good carrier. For several years I have been constantly sending packages to Ukraine. Very pleased with this service! The packages come on time and almost never have any questions. Keep it up! Vadim, Kiev, Ukraine.
Had to deal with a lost item – my conclusion: Customer Service is literally non-existent. If using, just keep in mind that when something is lost – nobody will attend to that. There’s other services out there. (My ticket #121822).

I have been sending out donation parcels overseas to orphanages for the last few years. Never had any issue. Polite customer service. Make sure use their moving service as well which is also great!
