Because of the dentist’s misjudgment, I had to undergo extra treatment, leading to unnecessary additional costs. Unfortunately, the dentist offered no explanation or accountability and acted as if it were no big deal. Over time, long-term customer can end up being used as training tools for new hires.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience here. What really bothered me was the complete lack of transparency. No one explained any costs upfront. They took X-rays without telling me how much they would be, and then suddenly handed me a bill afterward. It felt sneaky and unprofessional.
