I’m posting this review for Rammi — she is excellent at Brazilian waxing and truly deserves 5 stars. Most of the staff are polite and professional, with just one exception. I’m sure the team is aware of who I’m referring to, so I won’t mention names publicly. I’m giving one star less due to that experience.
