My elderly father needed emergency oral surgery that his regular dentist could not perform. I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to find a provider that would take his insurance and get us in quickly. Denise and Kellie provided exceptional customer service and put ME at ease. Was really anxious about having a tooth pulled. Dr Meeks, Jamie and his office made me feel so confident for the procedure. Although my tooth was difficult to extract, Dr Meeks and his assistant made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Would definitely recommend!
Came in today for a wisdom tooth extraction, Dr. Meeks and his assistant are amazing. His assistant, I think her name was Jamie, explained the process and answered my questions. Dr. Meeks talked to me while we waited for the numbness to come in, I was initially anxious and scared, but it all went away because of their hospitality. What I thought would be a bad experience, was actually a fun experience. I highly recommend them!
I cannot recommend this practice enough! I was in a lot of pain and needed an extraction, and Dr. Meeks and his assistant went above and beyond—they even worked through their lunch break to take care of me. They were completely transparent about the cost and walked me through every step of the process, so there were no surprises. Dr. Meeks is one of the kindest gentlemen I’ve ever met. He and his assistant, Jamie, chatted with me throughout the procedure and made me feel comfortable and cared for.
