Spent 3 grand on wood 90% of it was cracked or warped customer service is horrible old dude likes to get into fights with the customers apparently and when we were being picky about the ones we wanted he had come over told his workers to go do somthing else and made us go through every single one of them didn’t even leave with what we needed do not go here there lumbers horrible and so is the customer service shitty shitty service

After giving them my hard earned money for many years, they refused to put a couple of cans of TWP wood stain on their shaker, claiming that my cans were rusty and unsafe. Yeah, they had a little surface rust on the lid, but they were stored in a dry garage. The stain was fine after I shook it, but they refused to help a loyal customer out. Their counter help was no help at all, and were more interested in NOT helping customers and NOT doing work.
Great bunch of people there.
