The guys who came out seemed like great dudes. My septic tank was about two and a half feet in the ground which is deeper than usual I guess. I didn't know this going in because in the buyer for a home getting it inspected. They came out, noticed it was deep and decided I'd have to get someone else to dig the hole and do the inspection or I could dig the hole and get them to come back and do the inspection. Prompt and friendly service. Scheduled septic tank cleaning and inspection. Showed up on time as scheduled. Process was quick and easy. Kendra at the office and the crew who showed up for the job were friendly and shared knowledge about what they were doing and how the system was working. Definitely recommend using again.
