The doctor is excellent, but things have changed. The selection of frames is very poor now and the service has slipped. It's really quite depressing. Michelle is rarely there now though she pops in now and then. She is advancing and I'm happy for her. She is an exceptional customer care professional and is really missed. Not only did she always go the extra distance for all members of our community, she actual cared about us. Me and my husband needed a eye exam and new glasses , so we tried out Medx Optical , we are so pleased with the professional people ,kind and friendly , Fatine went out of her way from doing the pressure of our eyes helping us choose our frames which we are so happy with , she went out of her way for us in many ways . I would highly recommend Fatine and her work mates .

Fatine was incredibly professional and helpful, guiding me through the frame selection and making sure I understood all my options. I highly recommend Medx Optical—you can expect friendly staff and great care.
I was definitely well looked after from start to finish Michelle and dr elimas were very helpful and thorough helped make the best possible choices for my eye exam and for my final choices explanation of why I was needing glasses was also great things to be aware of were instructed from start to finish
