We are from out of town and needed a new dome. They did not have another but took the time to temporarily fix the old one so that my mother could hear until we were able to return north. Took me immediately. Kind Caring Efficient and effective Not enough good words to describe how generous and helpful Mark & Kim were.

First and foremost, Medx hearing center and hearing aid specialist Mark Forsyth we’re wonderful. I drive 65 miles for an exam and ultimately bought hearing aids from Medx. Mark took the time to carefully explain my hearing loss symptoms and his prices were half of what I was going to pay at my ear , nose and throat specialists. Now my wife can’t stop raving about how nice and kind Mark and Kim maintain and run this office .

Extremely honest people. On the opposite side of town, 15 minutes from the Hearing Center, I left my wallet on the roof of my car and drove away. The wallet fell off of the car into the middle of a busy road. Mark Forsyth saw it in the road, turned around, picked it up, and called me with the information inside to say he had found it. I then met him at his office where he refused cash as a thank you. My faith in humanity has been restored.
