Convenient, professional and welcoming.
You can't get through on the telephone to make an appointment. To make an appointment on the web you have to pay up front, which for me wasn't a problem, but the almost $6.00 service charge was. Dr Schwartz is a straight up guy, very kind and understanding. I highly recommend him.
The doctor actually listened to me. I appreciate that. I think I'd rather come in that do an online appt.
