Gabe Duty our flight coordinator made this very difficult situation easy. My husband had to be flown from VA to a rehab facility in GA. Gabe stayed in contact with me throughout the scheduling process, providing frequent updates up to the time of departure. The flight crew were very professional and attentive to my husband providing bed to bed service.
We recently needed transport for a beloved family member from California to Washington. He was frail and medically compromised, so traditional transport wasn't an option. Adding complexity to the situation was our need to coordinate with two complex medical teams - one in CA and one in WA.
