Called on a weekend to leave a message regarding a needed orthopedic surgery for cat. Was surprised when a surgeon returned my call within the half hour. Not only return call, but had an unhurried conversation with me. Again at appointment, I didn’t feel rushed and all questions were answered. Dr. Averill himself called to check on my pet the day after surgery rather than leaving it to office staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional.
I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful team at MedVet who took care of my dog for both of her knee replacements. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and reassuring. The staff was incredibly efficient, kind, and professional, taking the time to thoroughly explain each step of the procedure and the recovery process.
