Cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Averill and his staff. I took my dog in for a consultation / TPLO surgery after my Vet diagnosed it. Dr Averill explained the surgery and was very thorough. He called the next day to check in on her and since we were going into a weekend gave his personal cell should I have any questions over the weekend. I cannot recommend him and his staff highly enough.

Called on a weekend to leave a message regarding a needed orthopedic surgery for cat. Was surprised when a surgeon returned my call within the half hour. Not only return call, but had an unhurried conversation with me. Again at appointment, I didn’t feel rushed and all questions were answered. Dr. Averill himself called to check on my pet the day after surgery rather than leaving it to office staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional.
