I brought my 3-year-old schnauzer to this emergency clinic after what appeared to be a seizure. The people here are great, truly. I had one of the most traumatizing nights of my life when my cat very unexpectedly ended up having to be put to sleep (something I've never had to do). They were so nice and took such good care of our Loki while I was a boohooing mess. What I especially wasn't expecting was the condolences card they sent me a few weeks later. I know it probably doesn't feel like much to the employees, but it makes a real difference. Thank you guys x's a million
My male dachshund stopped using his back legs. Took him to Medvet; he saw Dr. Tiffany, a visiting vet. He was diagnosed with IVDD. The surgeon was out until Wednesday. Dr. Tiffany insisted I take my dog to NOLA for surgery that very day. No options of other treatments, no time for a second opinion, and with it being Mardi Gras, no where to stay for at least one night & more likely two. Fortunately, I found these people after my two white German shepherds were ran over in the middle of hwy 98. it took me a long time to get there but once I got to them, I realized that everything went full circle because of the angelic oasis this place was I want to thank the doctor and staff so much for comforting me in my time of loss they helped my grieving process along and I would highly recommend these people and the Doctor to anyone that they are not about anything but the animals and how the owner feels when they are... read more
