I promised MedVet back In May that would bash them online about their terrible and I sensitive service. Which I will still do, but tonight I spent 3 hours waiting with an appointment and never saw the doctor. While patients that came in after us were treated. I understand triage but MedVet you need to do better without so many excuses. Your reputation isn't that great

Not sure what kind of emergency vet doesn't take birds but obviously a terrible one. Thanks for nothing.
I arrived with my sick cat on a Sunday night . The wait was long due to triage but very understandable. I witnessed many emergencies being dealt with in very urgent, patient, kind and loving ways. The staff all worked together efficiently and professionally. I was able to go home with my kitty and really appreciate the care she was given.
