I called 30 minutes ahead of time to tell them I was bringing in my dog for eye troubles. When we got there and took her back, that was when they informed me they didn’t have the equipment for checking her eyes. Next they told me they would put some dye in her eyes to check to see what the problem was and get her some eye drops. TITLE “my dog was run over but the vet had told us we are not an emergency”. we called on our way which was about a hour and a half before we arrived, we arrived and sat for 4 hours and ended up going home with no help and paid them over $1,200 for nothing. the vet (smith) was rude and wasn’t compassionate at all, after we complained that only a x-ray had been done after 4 hours she proceeded to go in the employees only room and proceeded to talk crap about us. anyway my dog had no treatment besides a IV and a x-ray, we left... read more
wouldn’t recommend to anyone even as a last resort terrible vet she’s rude and needs to learn to not talk bad about the people that are loosing a pet in the next room when
After 5 hours and $1500 we took our dog home. They didn't even bother to set his leg . Luckily I found another vet the next morning to do it for half the price they charged to do basically nothing. Dr Smith was rude and was more concerned with herself than she was with our injured dog.
Our dog had been attacked by another dog and had a nasty wound on her side. The waiting area was busy but they took our dog into the back within 10 minutes. We did have to wait around 5 hours after that for the vet to talk up us. But she was the only one working and was in surgery when we arrived. We just had to wait our time before she was able to get to us. Our dog needed surgery because they were not sure how deep the wound was. Surgery went well and is recovering at home .
