The upfront staff are very kind, and its one of the only options for hours for a midnight emergancy, but the veterinarian herself was very blunt and a bit rude. If it's not a cat or dog, or don't have immediate payment, you will be turned away. The receptionist will go back and ask the vetrinarian if they're willing to look, but they refuse to even come out to speak to you.
Replace doctors and management with ones not in it just to rack up expenses by recommending a list of tests instead of one at a time and working through the diagnosis process.
