The staff at MedVet were kind and very Informative. I am grateful they were there when we needed them. I appreciated that they were honest and supportive when I had to put my dog down. The box we got her ashes back in is beautiful and they even included a footprint on a heart. I'm so grateful.
They gave me the right options and were very compassionate when the decision was made to put my dog down. From someone who has worked in the vet industry and having a personal friend as a vet , I knew I wasn’t being lied to or given false hope. They were very kind through the tough process. Thank you for that and the very kind sympathy card.

I'm super thankful to the staff there that helped me with my 15 year old Elkhound who was battling pancreatitis and was in a full blown seizure when I woke up Saturday morning. They met me at the door, took her back and got her ready to be put to sleep really quickly to minimize her suffering and it meant a lot to me. I appreciate everything you guys do for us and our pets. Thank you so much.
Kona is so happy to be home! Thank you for everything, everyone was so nice and caring. Felt better knowing she was in good hands during her stay.
Thank you for the compassion and gentleness you offered in such a hard time when our dog Paco passed. ❤️🐾 And thank you for the soft blanket he was wrapped in to go home.
