Today was our first visit and we loved it. Nice people, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The store has a great selection. All kinds of cool stuff. The owner, “Glitter”, was awesome. We talked skating and then about goats. The cat was a great greeter and very friendly. Great place to start an awesome skate day.
Visited in hopes of trying to find my next glass slipper of derby boots; definite success thanks to the great customer service at Medusa! Staff was incredibly friendly and provided honest opinions on brands and models. They were very knowledgeable about their products and not once did I feel pressured to buy something. I love this store! Our skates are so cute and so comfortable now, and the staff are dedicated to getting us exactly what we need for our specific skate usage. It doesn't matter why you want to skate -- playing derby, riding around the block, dance skating, whatever -- Medusa can help you out!
