Medusa Skates is such a blessing to have in Austin. Even if you live outside of the city, they’re worth the drive. Their inventory is awesome, selection is wide, AND they have the best owner and employees ever. They’re always willing to answer all my questions, give advice, and to help you achieve your skate goals. There’s also a shop kitty who will greet you when you arrive. ♥️
I love Medusa Skates! they are so helpful on the phone and in person. I have purchased 2 pair of skates from them and many accessories. Such an amazing staff and one really cool cat named Dexter.
So, after I had a package that was stolen Medusa was so helpful, empathetic, and professional! They heavily discounted my replacement skates and I'm so grateful to them. A+ customer service!
Just bought my first pair of moxi skates from here!!!!!! I had a ton of questions before I went to the shop because I have not skated in many moons. I called and had all my questions answered honestly with no up sale in the lingo. I give a ten star rate yes I said ten best skate shop EVER!

Really love this shop. When I first started skating I didn't know much and I ordered a helmet from their website. Glitter was so nice and I got my helmet fast. It even came with candy! lol Then I ordered new derby skates and again Glitter came through! She emailed me back and forth answering all my questions I had about sizing and what not. Amazing customer service. Glitter called me to confirm sizing and then spent time going over which helmets are best and why, she took time out of her day to let me tell her about my kids and their individual needs and then answered right away when I called her to ask more skate questions for my daughter who has health/pain issues. You have a customer for life in me when you provide great customer service.
