I go once a year, as I’m not fond of people’s hands in my mouth. But somehow, the team at Medure soothes the savage beast within, and I come out smiling every time. Patti makes sitting in that chair as gentle and calming as it can be. I am 70 and have been to this same office since I had teeth in my mouth. First, Dr. Mc Geachy, then Dr Splane and now Dr. Jillian Medure. Her team is professional, caring and has the highest regard for my comfort through any procedure. They will all tell you that I am probably their biggest baby when it comes to pain, but they have all been amazing and walked me through step by step what was going on throughout any procedure and were concerned about my well-being and keeping me pain free and comfortable. Getting mouth examined and properly cleaned is not always easy but everyone on the Medure team makes the experience as informative, comfortable, fun and as relaxing as possible. Always a pleasure to engage with them.
Every dental cleaning is like spa day! Love my hygienist and the care and time she takes to educate me with good home care. Dr Medure is highly educated and will only do treatment if it's necessary restoration. Love her approach with caution and care.
