Medtronic used to be worth it but this has been the most aggravating experience I have ever had with a company. From item quality issues to billing issues to communication issues. They never answer emails, a good bit of the customer service reps are arrogant, rude and talk to you like you're stupid. They raised the prices significantly on supplies without notifying customers. Medtronic screwed up when billing my insurance. They will NOT fix the issue with my insurance. Medtronic is now charging me Thousands of dollars for something that is covered by my insurance. I have been fighting this issue for the past 8 months. I would NOT RECOMMEND…Medtronic is your worst nightmare. Billing representatives are unprofessional and rude.
