I want to personally thank Chen but it reaches beyond only him. Medtown's entire team have been a godsend to my family to help get the right medications for my 5 year old. We tried multiple locations before them and struggled to get what we needed. We are now going into our second year working with medications that we need monthly and I will never switch from Medtown. Incredible experience every single time. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I will NEVER go to any other pharmacy. You simply cannot have this experience at a CVS, Walmart pharm, Publix pharm, it just won't happen!

They are prompt, professional, courteous and truly care about their clients. I had a super experience at Medtown. Customer service was beyond excellent and they made me feel like a friend right off the bat. My order was correct, processed quickly and was ready at my specified pickup time.
