Update April 15, 2026 I called Medsurg's office, rather than the phone number on my bill, on February 22nd. I received a call back on February 23rd from Beth and she found that the address on my bill should have said Tigard, not Portland, which is why my second attempt was returned to me. The billing service they use has the wrong address listed to send payments to. Here's what I confirmed when I called the direct business phone number: 8192 SW Durham Road, Tigard, OR 97224
Medsurg is making it impossible for me to pay my bill. I've been trying to pay my bill since December 10, 2025. On December 10th, I sent my money order to the address listed on my bill. I specifically used their provided envelope which has a little plastic window, and the back of my payment slip which has their address listed so it fits into said window. They are sending me bills for lab work but I contacted all of my providers and none of them sent lab work to this company. This is a terrifying scam. I am not sure what to do about them insisting I owe them money for services never rendered.
Incredibly frustrating company to do business with.
