This is the worst billing department I have ever dealt with!! You cant pay with a card, you have to mail them EVERYTHING. So I used bill pay with my bank ( I included my acc #) they keep sending me a bill. I asked if I could email them proof that it cleared my account and they said I have to mail it. What is this 1980? Still dealing with it for 3 months now!
Experienced the same scenarios as multiple people. Sent a money order to pay a bill in January 2026. Called for a follow up after receiving an additional bill later; I was told the address had changed and my MO would be returned in the mail and THEN I would need to resend the payment. Never got the MO back but still receiving bills (with a $5 increase) as of June 2026. Ridiculous.
Sent an invoice for debt collection without sending me one in the first place.
Update April 15, 2026 I called Medsurg's office, rather than the phone number on my bill, on February 22nd. I received a call back on February 23rd from Beth and she found that the address on my bill should have said Tigard, not Portland, which is why my second attempt was returned to me. I physically went to their facility that same day to physically deliver the money order. Unfortunately, the saga continues and I received a "final notice" bill from Medsurg's billing lasting week.
