The OBGYN Specialty practice is one of the most comfortable offices I’ve experienced visiting MedStar WHC this visit was for my neice who has special needs and from the moment we entered we felt welcomed, all of the staff are so kind and patient, the art work is beautiful it is a relaxing atmosphere and I could tell by the look on my nieces face that she was comfortable and that’s what our family was aiming for. The perinatal at WHC is the absolute worst. My first appointment was unsuccessful because the sonographer was new and still in training. I had to come back a 2nd time and the sonographer then told me she received all of the images. I get an email stating I had to come back a 3rd time for more images. After concluding the 2nd appt you would think the sonographer would speak with the doctor before telling me I didn’t have to come back. The lack of communication is very inconsiderate and needs to be better.
This is a really nice place to get your needs met. The doctors are wonderful, the staff are wonderful as well. I really like being a patient here and I would highly recommend
