Very unpleasant experience. Poor follow up and communication skills. Lacking in care and concern for patient.
Friendly doctors and receptionists! I had Kaiser Permanente as a provider for a couple of years and though I liked their one-stop shop facilities, I did not like the staff nor quality of service (except a few). MedStar on the other hand, at least at this location, is fairly consistent with good customer service. And my doctor doesn't rush!
