The only reason to stay with this practice is if you have no other choice. I've had at least five doctors since 2015, which means an endless cycle of "establishing care". I have consistent problems getting refills on the three prescriptions I've taken w/o change for more than five years. I've had a good experience with the frontdesk staff and the nurses, and Dr. Council was excellent, but she is long gone. Consider other alternatives.
Dr. Cardoza made a mistake with my bloodwork. When I pointed this out, he called me a gendered slur and hung up on me.
I agree that the quality of medical care is great IF you can get it. But the service and availability of care are very, very poor with a high turnover rate of doctors.
