The doctor is never on time, rushes you through your concerns, doesn’t return patient messages in the portal (been waiting on a reply for 2 weeks). It’s obvious Dr. Draoui isn’t interested in her patients concerns or wants.
Scheduling appointments here is the most stressful experience. Also, most of the providers in this group do not listen to your concerns or follow up to explain lab results.
