Minimal wait time. Ive had previous poor experiences with PA's at other urgent care facilities and my PA was wonderful here. She understood that I had some knowledge, but couldn't see or get to my issue!
Very good they were very friendly from the receptionis, nurses, to the PA. Was in and out. In not time. I'll be more than happy to return with any issues. Thanks for your help. Dan
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Worst treatment ever. Had me waiting 3 hours, taking everyone else and only after closing time told me that my child could not be seen because all of the pharmacies were closed. Awful practice.
I had a great experience at MedStar Urgent Care. The staff was prompt, kind, and very thorough throughout my visit. I felt like they truly listened to my concerns and took the time to make sure I was properly cared for. It’s not always easy to find healthcare providers who are both efficient and compassionate, but this team delivered on both. I really appreciate the level of care I received .
