I set my appointment online and was seen right around that time. Everybody was professional and cared for their patients. Lord forbid I ever have to go again. I will go to MedSTAR.
I really don’t recommend this clinic. I had the worst experience yesterday. Wasted 2 hrs of my time, they put me in a room nobody checked in on me. They left me in the room and I ended up leaving without getting treated because the clinic was about to closed.
Doctor and nurses along with the front desk were super kind.
WORST EXPERIENCE AND URGENT CARE BY FAR. I took my mom to this urgent care and checked in at 6:30 pm. We were informed that there were six people ahead of us. The nurse offered a virtual call with the doctor, we said “okay” she took a COVID test and told us we should receive the test results within 45 minutes and that someone would call us, then she left.
