The nurses, and especially the doctor, were very nice and considerate during my visit. However, my waiting time was excessively long — 2 hours and 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When I asked the nurse about the delay, I was told that only one provider was available. If that is the case, I don’t understand why appointments are scheduled as though there were enough providers to meet the demand. Wait time is ridiculous. Had me waiting for over an hour when I had a scheduled visit
Wait to see actual doctor is a tad long but they at same time dealing with a lot of patients
slow business and they were seeing patience that came after me and been there for 2 hours and never got seen by a doctor just a nurse for kidney complications
