I had an appointment at 4:30pm and they were able to see me at 5:30pm--not bad at all especially for an urgent care with an appointment I had booked only a few hours earlier. I've been here a couple times before and have always had a good experience. The check-in process was smooth and easy. I really wanted to shout-out Dr. Brown! She was wonderful, caring, listened to my history and concerns about my condition, and was able to diagnose and assist me. I'm from Michigan, and I was in Baltimore, for a convention, and had to have an emergency procedure. All I can say is they took very good care of me, @ every level. For that I am eternally grateful. I, without any reservations highly recommend MedStar Health urgent care
