I have to say this was one of the easiest appointments I ever made. My daughter told me to go on MedStar’s website and make an appointment off the website. I picked my time, they confirmed it, and I had to fill out online my Information. I walked in at my appointment time. The girl at the desk was very friendly. My situation at the Bel Air MedStar Urgent Care went extremely smoothly. From the check in process with was done quickly and with courtesy from the desk staff. The Nurses Aide who took my vitals and compiled all my health related information was very friendly and informative. I was then promptly given a room and greeted by my provider Cleo who checked me over and wanted to get a chest X-Ray. The X-Ray Technician was prompt and friendly.
