I visited the Urgent Care at Ballston today (4/9/25) for a scheduled appointment at 4:40 PM due to extreme ankle and foot pain from a bad strain. Although the wait was longer than expected—which I completely understand—I received some of the best and most professional care imaginable. Physician Assistant Diane Disch, tech Nader Zamen, Medical Assistant Naz, and Valencia at the front desk were all incredibly professional, patient, and compassionate. The wait was ridiculously long but the Medstar staff stayed open two hours late to get to every patient that had gotten there before close. There was only one physician working and I was the last patient and I STILL received exceptional treatment from the doctor working. She was upbeat, thoughtful and went the extra mile in a few different ways during my short time with her. The nurses were all also extremely friendly and caring.
