Parking is expensive
Clean and nice staff but slow as heck. Appointment time 9pm and still sitting here not being seen. Not even for vitals. Pretty bad when you have a sick child.

My 1st time here so I'm excited to see what's going on.
When visiting hospice on the 6th floor, only whites must surrender their ID's to the receptionist. Blacks don't have to. Pretty fair.
Charging $5 for 0-2 hours is highway robbery!! But then again you're in DC. Nothing's free.😞

The nurses and staff in the back are great but the front check in desk they are so ignorant
The staff there are awesome! Everyone from the information desk and admissions to the pre- and post operative nurses. Very professional, courteous, and thoughtful. Thank you very much!
