Clean and nice staff but slow as heck. Appointment time 9pm and still sitting here not being seen. Not even for vitals. Pretty bad when you have a sick child.

They were professional and there were televisions playing a movie while I waited (The Incredibles). The wait was about 30 minutes though even though I had an appointment.
Clean place yes. They give u crap if u don't have an apt even tho walk-ins are welcome. Make sure u double check ur prescription before u leave. This place sucks getting back in timely manner.
The door and website say "walk-in" and " no appointment necessary." Try it. Staff gives you crap for not having an appointment.

Make an appointment. A MUST!!!! 5 min in the phone and 20 min wait instead of a 50min wait.
Nice facility and staff, but BCBS won't pay for Rx filled here :-(
