I was surprised when I got to the Main Lab in the POB building. It was empty. Things were moving slow since there was a skeleton crew on Saturday. The agent was very friendly and helpful. When my number was called, I went in the back. The technician was very nice and professional. He did my scan in just a few min. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Things just took longer than expected.
