I was kept waiting for an hour with no explanation or apology. The MRI tech was impossible to understand. Overall, a dreadful experience.
MedStar can be very proud of their staff: Jessica was very welcoming and efficient in getting things started and after a short wait, Rachel as the technologist was fantastic in explaining and performing the radiology procedure!! Couldn’t have been a better experience. Rachel is amazing.
