Hospital is stellar. Every staff member (except 1) and medical professionals were all so kind and fantastic. My only issue was with the young woman who checked us in at the main reception desk at the hospital entrance. She was not helpful, very terse and seemed extremely agitated. Not helpful at all. After she checked us in, grudgingly handed me my map after barely explaining where I was going, I bent down to her and gently and kindly said, "I hope your day gets better". First off all I’m very disappointed with lady doctor who do the preparation in nuclear room with no explanation of what to expect of procedure. Dr Jacob came by to mark the location where the radiation travel on my groin Thanks to dr Jacob not her
The radiology staff at Georgetown have been fantastic. They are all very professional and very much treat you as a person and patient, not a customer.
