Great experience.
Dr. Walker is very patient and. Caring. I never feel rushed and she listens to all of my concerns. When I leave her office I always feel like all my concerns have been addressed.
I’ve been going to this office for years and, unfortunately, my most recent visit was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited over an hour without being seen. When I politely asked for an update or an estimated wait time, the nurse I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional. Given the situation, I decided it would be best to reschedule.
