I had a very unpleasant experience today at Dr. Osime’s office. About a year ago, my children had their first appointments with Dr. Osime. We waited three months for those visits, which were in September or October 2025. My children needed their medication administration forms completed for school. Medstar is the best care health facility!!!
This was my first visit to this MedStar location Primary Care in White Plains to establish care with my new primary care provider Dr Osime. I felt welcomed from the moment I entered the practice until the end of my visit. The staff was very kind, caring, and professional. Dr Osime provided me an outstanding patient experience. I feel very blessed, and pleased to have found this gem along with such wonderful staff 5 minutes from my home. Thank you Dr Osime, staff and Medstar!! R. Woods
