An overall excellent care center experience. Thank you!
Very efficient, professional office. My wait time was minimal. Jennifer, Dr. Louderback's assistant administered two tests because I haven't felt well for the last six days. Dr. Louderback-Smith reviewed my recent blood tests because my A1C level and glucose are too high. A new prescription was sent to my designated pharmacy immediately. I very much appreciate the staff at MMG, Old Emmorton Road.
From the front desk staff and the techs to the practitioners, the patient experience is top notch. CRNP Khanna is kind and caring. She really listens. And the tech, Kayla, is the best. Definitely recommend this medical practice.
