Rude and disrespectful when I received a call saying my medicine was ready and it still wasn’t the pharmacy and than try to get smart both the pharmacist and the person that in front was definitely rude..sad
The service was excellent and the Panerai bread was delicious!
Tried to pick up a prescription for a patient that was post op. I went to go pick it up and was told it would be 45 minutes. I came back an hour later and after waiting in line for 20 minutes, they told me it would be another 10 minutes. There was also nearly 10 people in line and only one person working the desk. Typical MedStar—sorely understaffed with the folks there working hard but need more help
I have just recently switched my pharmacy to the 106 Irving St Medstar pharmacy simply because it’s more convenient to where I work but was a bit nervous at first. I had some issues transferring a couple of my prescriptions however Michelle stepped right in to assist with amazing customer service. She was able to give me updates as well as the steps I would need to make in order for the smooth transition. Michelle kept me updated with everything making things much easier.
