Literally get your prescriptions anywhere else. I deal with rheumatoid arthritis and trying to get my medication here has been like pulling teeth from them. The woman who does drop off always as an issue. Like the time I actually wanted and needed a consultation she said look it up on line. She plays her music loud which is fine if it doesn’t bother the others. Just now I was sent to her but she wouldn’t type it in which is why the other lady sent me to her. So I waited ten minutes and had to go to the original line to tell her refused to type it in. Now I have to do the full wait starting now cause of that. It’s just unprofessional. I had my total knee done at Union memorial by Dr Tepper. The pre hab and post hab crew were absolutely great. They treated me so kind. I was very impressed and how efficient everyone was I was sad that I didn't get to see the robot in surgery. The post hab staff were just as kind . The physical therapist made sure I got thru my exercises so I could go home. It will be interesting so see the zipper stitches.
