The woman who does drop off always as an issue. Like the time I actually wanted and needed a consultation she said look it up on line. She plays her music loud which is fine if it doesn’t bother the others. Just now I was sent to her but she wouldn’t type it in which is why the other lady sent me to her. So I waited ten minutes and had to go to the original line to tell her refused to type it in. Now I have to do the full wait starting now cause of that. It’s just unprofessional. I had my total knee done at Union memorial by Dr Tepper. The pre hab and post hab crew were absolutely great. They treated me so kind. I was very impressed and how efficient everyone was I was sad that I didn't get to see the robot in surgery. The post hab staff were just as kind . The physical therapist made sure I got thru my exercises so I could go home. It will be interesting so see the zipper stitches.
I was called and message was left, that my prescription is ready for pickup
They are professional. But there's no doubt that there will always be a long wait. Oftentimes almost two hours, even if your doctor calls it in. That's with all medstar pharmacy. So pack lunch.
