I have mixed reviews about the Curtis National hand Center in MedStar. I had an injury that led me to seek care there and some underlying lying results from chronic conditions that needed attention. My care for the injury was excellent. Five stars . However, when it comes to the current conditions, first of all the staff, there have no awareness of the condition and clearly do not have an interest to learn about it. Loved the dr and did not feel rushed. She explained everything clearly. The girls at the desk were also very good and the girl that took me back. It’s so refreshing to have good kind people helping you especially when you don’t feel well
This was my first visit with Dr. Dempsey. He took his time taking my history and figuring out the best treatment plan for my needs. He is personable, competent and the treatment highly effective. I’m grateful to have found him.
